1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using G1 Exam Pro (the mobile app or this website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service effective June 17, 2026. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application or website.
2. Use of the Service
G1 Exam Pro is designed to help users prepare for the G1 knowledge exam in Ontario. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
3. Accounts
Test 1 is available on this website without an account. Unlocking Tests 2–10 requires creating an account and an active Premium subscription. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
On this website, Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account. In the mobile app, purchases are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play billing via RevenueCat. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased through; for web purchases, contact support@akyltech.com within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of G1 Exam Pro, including text, questions, graphics, and the logo, are the exclusive property of AkylTech or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm or disrupt G1 Exam Pro or its users, including harassment, spamming, scraping, or unauthorized access. Violations may result in termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Services
G1 Exam Pro relies on third-party services (Firebase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Sentry, Google AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by AkylTech. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
G1 Exam Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While questions are modeled closely on the official G1 knowledge test, AkylTech does not guarantee that using G1 Exam Pro will result in passing the official exam, and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AkylTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of G1 Exam Pro.
10. Termination
AkylTech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Premium features will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
AkylTech may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this website. Continued use of G1 Exam Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
